I am a young, energetic and talented designer, developer, photographer, artist, Photoshopper and code monkey who loves learning new things and taking on new challenges. My passion in life is carrying ideas from concept to fruition. I love brainstorming, thinking outside the box and developing visual solutions to complex problems.
In my most recent position at Pyramid Communications, which specializes in working with nonprofit clients, I became adept at creating something out of next to nothing. The goal was almost always to create a compelling website with little time and even fewer resources. The value was learning creativity within restrictions. I had to make key decisions based on budget, client needs, and development restrictions. Resourcefulness became the name of the game. The rewards were derived from creating functional, appealing websites for nonprofit organizations and other philanthropic clients who further social change. I enjoyed the experience and learned a tremendous amount about working for a full-service communications and design firm.
If you would like to learn more about me, please feel free to check out the “More Inside” tab above. There are posts from my photography blog (cold winter ales) and my Twitter page, and also a glimpse of what albums I’m currently listening to.
I am currently seeking contract, freelance, part-time and/or full-time work.
