Spring 2010

I began this project in the Spring of 2010. I was tasked with designing a User Experience that would increase repeat usage, spark more program participation, and integrate our clinical department’s Social Cognitive Theory behavior change model currently being by our successful phone intervention program. By Summer of 2011, our product had been successfully implemented and after only 2 months, user retention had increased by 400%.
